My grandmother had a little house at the sea in New England where we would visit in the summer. That is where I learned to eat Quahogs raw and walk on rocky shores. Years later I learned to sail there and discovered other rocky shores, some whose beauty outweighed their danger. This majestic black rock is one of those. Be careful how you play with her but by all means play.
